Frequently asked questions

Is Ludopat free?

Yes. Signing up, playing our bots and playing friends for free are all free. You only pay if you choose to stake in a market.

How do game rooms work?

Enter a game room with the stake range you want to play for. You will see other players in that game room with their country and state. Challenge one, agree a stake, and both stakes are locked before the game starts.

What does Ludopat charge?

A house fee (currently 20%) of the total pot is taken when a staked game starts. The winner receives the rest. The exact amounts are shown before you accept.

Why can I not withdraw my deposit?

Your wallet has two parts. Deposited money can only be staked. Money you win goes into your winnings wallet, and only winnings can be withdrawn. This protects players and stops money laundering.

How do I withdraw?

Verify your identity (KYC), add a bank account in your own name and request a withdrawal from your winnings. Most withdrawals are sent immediately; some are reviewed first.

What is the live value during a game?

It is each player's current share of the prize based on how the game is going, like a sportsbook cash-out value. It is for information only; the money is paid when the game ends.

What happens if my internet drops?

The bot plays your turns while you reconnect. If you are gone for two minutes you forfeit. Always play staked games on a strong connection with enough data.

Why was my payout held?

Payouts are reviewed when a game looks unusual, for example if one side barely played, resigned very early, or both players share a network. Most reviews finish within 24 hours.

Can I have more than one account?

No. One person, one account. Accounts on the same device or network cannot stake against each other, and duplicate accounts may be closed.
