Terms of use

Please have these terms reviewed by your legal adviser before launch. They are a starting point, not legal advice.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to take part in skill-and-chance games for money where you live. One account per person.

2. Your account

Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, our AML & KYC policy or the law.

3. Staked games

  • Both players' stakes are locked when a challenge is accepted and cannot be withdrawn during the game.
  • A house fee, shown before you accept, is deducted from the total pot when the game starts. The winner receives the remainder.
  • Disconnecting does not pause a game: the bot plays your turns, and after two minutes away you forfeit.
  • Resigning or forfeiting awards the game to your opponent.
  • We may hold, review and, where a game was not genuinely played or broke these terms, void a game and refund both stakes.
  • Live position values shown during play are for information only.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Deposits are processed by Paystack and can only be used to stake.
  • Only winnings can be withdrawn, to a verified bank account in your name, after identity verification.
  • Limits apply and some withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent.

5. Fair play

Collusion, multiple accounts, automated play, exploiting bugs and any attempt to move money between players are prohibited.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and our fees. Changes apply to games started after they are published.
